Terms of Service

These terms apply to the WallpAi mobile application (com.wallpai) and to wallpai.ovh. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not, please stop using the app.

1. What WallpAi is

WallpAi lets you browse wallpapers and generate new ones from a text prompt using an AI image model. It is free to use and paid for by advertising.

2. Your account

• You may use the app as a guest or register with an email address.
• A guest account lives on one device. Signing out or reinstalling starts a new one, and the old account's wallpapers and credits cannot be recovered. Register if you want them to survive.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your password.
• You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.

3. Generation credits

Generating a wallpaper spends one credit. Registered accounts are topped up to five credits daily; guests earn credits by watching a rewarded advertisement, one at a time.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be bought, transferred or refunded, and are lost when an account is deleted. A credit is spent when a generation is requested, including where you stop waiting for the result — the app tells you this before you confirm.

4. Prompts and generated images

• Your prompt is yours. We send it to the image model that produces the wallpaper and we do not use it for anything else.
• You choose whether a wallpaper is public. When you save one publicly it appears in the shared gallery, where other people can view, favourite and download it. That permission lasts as long as the wallpaper does.
• You are responsible for your prompts. Do not ask for content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, or that depicts a real person in a way they have not agreed to. Generations are automatically screened and a result judged unsafe is discarded.
• We may remove a wallpaper, or an account, that breaks the rule above or is reported and found to.

5. What you may not do

• Interfere with the service — automated scraping, load-testing it, working around rate limits, or trying to reach other people's accounts.
• Resell or redistribute the app itself.
• Use it where you are not legally allowed to.

6. Advertising

The app shows advertisements through Google AdMob, including a rewarded video you can choose to watch in exchange for a generation credit. What AdMob collects, and the consent choices you are offered on first launch, are covered in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

WallpAi is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, that a generation will succeed, or that a wallpaper you have saved will remain available indefinitely. Keep your own copy of anything you care about — the app can download a wallpaper to your device.

8. Changes

These terms may change. The effective date above tells you when they last did. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it.
